A rebrand of the Philadelphia Department of Health and Human Services with a focus on accessibility and functionality. The driving force of design was an attempt to make sure the system would work with multiple languages so anyone living in Philadelphia is aware of the services available to them. A strong grid system was utilized to emphasize the trustworthy nature of this department.
